How to track my order?

Once you have placed the order, you will receive email from us once the product was dispatched with the link to track the status of your order. You can thus track your shipping once after your purchase to know it's current status and date of estimated arrival.

How to contact Cheapfurniture.store for any Order related issues?

You can contact us by directly writing to our Email: Sales@cheapfurniture.store or else using the contact us form Email from here.

Please send an Email with your Order id and issue as Subject where order I'd is number of the I'd and issue can be anything related like Return, Replacement, warranty, Wrong Shipping information, Wrong contact information.

Example: Order: 1001 - Return issue.

Also mention clearly in description the complete issue.

You can also let us know if there is any wrong information in shipping or contact details, We will correct them for you.

Our team will get back to you within 24 to 48 Business Hours.

How long does it take for shipments?

We sell our Products to Australian Customers only and you can check below the estimated time frames for shipments.

The estimated delivery time frames are:

For customers in VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;

For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;

For customers in QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.

However, Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to which can be checked here at Shipping Policy Page

How to Cancel my order?

Once you placed your order usually we can't accept the cancellation or Return of the item. However, In some of the rare cases, We either provide the Refund or else give the credit amount which you can use to purchase any item on Cheapfurniture.store only when the order is not yet dispatched from our side.

You should write an Email to Sales@Cheapfurniture.store with Subject as Order Cancellation along with order id and detailed description. If in case, Product not yet dispatched then we either refund or else give credit to purchase another item on our site. While, if the Product was dispatched, then we can't do anything in such cases and Hence we request you to thoroughly check before making your purchase.

How to claim Warranty & Returns?

CheapFurniture.store generally offers a 12-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Electronics products come with a 3-month warranty. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.

You are required to notify CheapFurniture.store via Email: Sales@cheapfurniture.store within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.

To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your Order Id or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.

Refund generally takes up to 4 to 9 working days to process and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 to 6 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.

A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
